About

On average, adults take fifteen breaths every minute.  In other words, each of us has fifteen opportunities every sixty seconds to stop and “wake up.”

15sixty was established to help business leaders and their teams wake up to the patterns keeping them from achieving what they want most.

In our view “waking up” simply means becoming an observer of our lives.  It means creating awareness of what’s driving our behavior, what’s keeping us stuck, and what’s in the way of us living and working with more joy and ease in our lives.

When we have the presence of mind to stop and observe ourselves caught in our patterns, our potential for creativity and connection with others expands exponentially.

15sixty’s group of veteran coaches are dedicated to waking up in our own lives, and supporting others to do the same.
