On average, adults take fifteen breaths every minute.  In other words, each of us has fifteen opportunities every sixty seconds to stop and “wake up.”

15sixty was established to help business leaders and their teams wake up to the patterns keeping them from achieving what they want most.

In our view “waking up” simply means becoming an observer of our lives.  It means creating awareness of what’s driving our behavior, what’s keeping us stuck, and what’s in the way of us living and working with more joy and ease in our lives.

When we have the presence of mind to stop and observe ourselves caught in our patterns, our potential for creativity and connection with others expands exponentially.

15sixty’s group of veteran coaches are dedicated to waking up in our own lives, and supporting others to do the same.

Clay Stelzer | Founder and Coach

Having worked with many of the most innovative companies in the world to develop breakthrough products and services, Clay understands innovation is a function of people, not ideas.

Since shifting focus from “product innovation” to “people innovation”, Clay has become an accomplished leadership coach, trainer and speaker focused on helping leaders, teams, and organizations wake up to their potential.

Working for the technology giant Salesforce, Clay spent five years building and managing the company’s first team coaching practice. He helped over 150 teams and leaders across the globe recognize their success-limiting patterns and do their best work.

Now, as the CEO of 15sixty, Clay brings his expertise in conscious leadership to executives working in large enterprises and startups.

Clay holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

His coaching credentials include:  Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organization and Relationship Coaching Certification (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global), and 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certification through The Conscious Leadership Group.

Clay lives with his wife, daughter, and black lab (George) in Glen Ellyn Il.  He isn’t very good at golfing but finds ways to spend countless hours and dollars on it nonetheless.
