About
On average, adults take fifteen breaths every minute. In other words, each of us has fifteen opportunities every sixty seconds to stop and “wake up.”
15sixty was established to help business leaders and their teams wake up to the patterns keeping them from achieving what they want most.
Our veteran coaches work with CEOs and senior leaders who look successful on the outside but feel stuck on the inside. Through honest reflection, deep accountability, and the kind of challenge most leaders don’t usually get, 15sixty helps clients wake up to the unconscious patterns driving their decisions—and create a new path forward that’s not just impressive on paper, but deeply aligned with who they really are.
15sixty offers 1-on-1 executive coaching, team coaching, C-suite partner alignment coaching, and powerful seminars and workshops designed to cut through the noise and spark real change.
Whether you're leading a company, a team, or your own evolution, 15sixty helps you get clear, get unstuck, and lead like someone who's actually in their life—not just managing it.
No fluff. No posturing. Just powerful, earned change.

Clay Stelzer
Founder and Coach
Clay Stelzer is an executive coach, public speaker, and founder of 15sixty—a company that helps high-performing leaders get unstuck and reclaim ownership of their businesses and their lives.
Clay doesn’t do surface-level. He works with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders who have built outwardly successful lives but privately feel stuck, restless, or burned out. Known for his rare ability to challenge without judgment, Clay combines fierce honesty with deep presence and just enough humor to disarm even the most guarded executive.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, Clay helps executive teams get real with each other—aligning around what truly matters, surfacing unspoken dynamics, and transforming dysfunction into clarity, cohesion, and effectiveness. His team work creates the conditions for trust, accountability, and bold collective leadership.
Before founding 15sixty, Clay spent five years building a global team coaching practice at Salesforce, supporting over 150 teams and leaders across the world. His approach is grounded in the principles of Conscious Leadership and fueled by his belief that clarity, ownership, and courage are the foundation of meaningful change.
Clay’s work is trusted by leaders who are ready to take radical responsibility for the results they’re creating—and start building the businesses and lives they want most.
Clay holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
His coaching credentials include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organization and Relationship Coaching Certification (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global), and 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certification through The Conscious Leadership Group.
Clay lives with his wife Kristen, daughter Sadie, and black lab George in Glen Ellyn Il. .
