15sixty Leadership Circles offer a unique opportunity to gather monthly with a dedicated cohort of 10-12 leaders, all committed to creating more ease, joy, freedom, and success in their businesses and in their lives.

Each meeting includes a deep dive into one specific topic of Conscious Leadership with time to practice implementing new tools with the group. We have found that practicing these tools in a group setting compounds the learnings and growth exponentially. 

We also know most business leaders do not receive consistent feedback from their teams. Our circles provide an opportunity to receive real-time feedback from other leaders about how we’re showing up in all areas of our lives.

Topics we’ll explore include:

  • Understanding how and why we create drama in our businesses and in our lives

  • Learning how to let go of being over controlling

  • Getting to know the “parts” of our personalities

  • Learning to trust your “No” when making decisions

  • Giving and receiving hard to hear feedback

  • Seeing our business results as a reflection of our leadership

Who is this circle for?

C-Suite Leaders, Founders, Presidents and other senior executives.

  • You see personal growth as a priority and want to improve the quality of your relationships with colleagues, co-workers, friends and family.

  • You have felt stuck in recycling patterns of drama in your life and would like to step into new ways of relating to your “issues”. 

  • You are willing to get a little messy, laugh at yourself, and have fun in the process.

Who this circle is not for?

  • Middle management leaders, or individual contributors.

  • Individuals not interested in navigating their challenges openly.

  • Individuals unwilling to get curious about how they have created the outcomes they are experiencing  in their lives.

What is the format of the sessions?

Our typical agenda and structure includes:

  • Individual updates and feedback.

  • The introduction of a new philosophy, tool or practice.

  • Time to navigate real life issues with “fishbowl” style coaching (one person getting coached while others learn by watching) as well as in breakouts.

We will create a Slack board for participants to share updates and receive feedback in-between sessions.

What’s the commitment?

Our circles are most impactful when all participants commit to being “in”.  In that spirit, we have a few requirements to participate:

  • You must attend the first 4 hour session on October 17th.

  • You agree to miss no more than 2 of the 7 subsequent sessions. If you do, you’ll be asked to leave the group.

  • You agree to participate in a weekly 30 minute partner practice with another participant (scheduled at your own discretion).

All sessions will be held remotely via zoom on Thursdays from 10-12 CST.

The first session will be four hours (not two) from 10-2 CST.

How many others will be in the circle?

The circle will hold no more than 12 participants.

Where do your theories and practices come from?

While we will bring in content from many sources, much of the theory we’ll explore together can be found in The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership written by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman and Kaley Klemp.
